Session 3:
From Road Building to Community Development
Our theme is how the
change and development of the road administrations and the organizations
responsible for community development has affected the community, and vice
versa. We view this from three perspectives: changes in past and present
paradigms, stakeholders' views on how the change has succeeded and future
opportunities.
