Cancellation of exhibition space
In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly
do Congrex (see contacts). A cancellation fee
corresponding to 50% of the total exhibition space fee will be charged, when
cancelled before 1 April. After 1 April the fee corresponds to the total
amount.

Exhibition
The Via Nordica 2008 exhibition gives you a good chance to make contacts
with road professionals and decision makers from all Northern Europe. The
exhibition is situated in the congress hall in close connection to the halls
of the presentations.
