Session 3:
Tolling for an Attractive City
The session will show
how car tolls affect the urban environment. We learn from the London project,
the Stockholm toll ring, Norwegian tolls etc. We take a look at Nordic
cities considering, planning or rejecting financial incentives in managing
car traffic.
