Nordic Road
Association (NRA) invites you to participate in the 20th Nordic Road
Congress - Via Nordica 2008 - taking place on 9 - 11 June 2008 in Helsinki,
Finland.
Register
within March to take advantage of the lower congress fee and to make sure
that you will be taking part in also the events that can only host a limited
number of participants.
Catching the
Sector's Attention
Via Nordica 2008 did catch the sector's attention early on. The Via Nordica
2008 Exhibition is given a central role, allowing the participants to make
contacts with road professionals and decision makers from all Northern
Europe, or to just enjoy a break and meet people.
Scientific Programme
offering a whole Series in English
The scientific programme of the congress is highlighting subjects that are
discussed right now, but it also looks ahead, towards future needs. This can
also be seen in the congress slogan The Road Ahead.
The organisers of the congress want to make sure that also the participants
outside the Nordic countries will feel welcome. To do that Via Nordica 2008
offers a whole series of sessions given in English. The series is cutting
through the whole spectrum of themes, offering an interesting scientific
bloc in the congress programme. All other sessions, given in Nordic
languages, will be interpreted into English.

Via Nordica 2008 is
organised by the Nordic road Association (NRA). The association is a
co-operation between professionals in Denmark, Finland, the Faroe Islands,
Iceland, Norway and Sweden. The co-operation includes all main stakeholders,
private as well as public, who are in charge of the development, management
