Accommodation
The organisers have
pre-booked hotel rooms for the duration of the congress and for a special
price. The hotels’ central location allows the participants to reach the
Fair Centre easily. Breakfast, hotel service and VAT are all included in the
prices. To take advantage of these special prices, please make your
reservations on the registration form.
A
deposition payment of the price of one night will be charged in advance as a
confirmation of the booking. The deposition payment should be payed in
connection with the participation fee. The sum will be deducted from the
final hotel bill, paid at the hotel.
In case
of a cancellation after 30 April 2008, the deposition will not be refunded.
