Payments
The payment should be done in euros by credit card or bank transfer. Please
inform us about the participant’s/participants’ names in connection with the
bank transfer, so that the organisers will know who the payment is referring
to. The registration is considered done when the registration form and the
payment are received by the congress secretariat. In case an invoice is
needed, please inform us on the registration form.
1. Credit Card
If you register online, it is very easy to pay by credit card. When the
registration form is sent by mail, the credit card information should be
filled in (card number, security code, expiry date and cardholder’s
signature), after which the fee will be debited by the congress secretariat.
2. Bank Transfer

NB! In connection with the payment the participant shall also pay possible
bank expenses connected to the payment.
Confirmation of Registration
When the payment is effected the participant will receive a letter of
confirmation by mail.
Cancellation
In case of hindrance to participate the registration should be cancelled
without delay. The cancellation is to be done via e-mail or fax to the
congress secretariat.
If the congress secretariat has received the cancellation request
within 30.04.2008,
the participation and hotel fees will be refunded, with exception of a
cancellation fee of 100 EUR. In case the cancellation is done
after 30.04.2008,
no payments will be refunded. (Booked services that are not used or events
that are not visited will not be compensated, not even in case of a late
arrival or early departure).
