Session 1: New
Roles - New Skills
Our starting point is
the Common Nordic Infra market (GNA) vision for 2015. We want to give the
session's participants a better understanding of the skills and competence
demanded in 2015.
What do we need to have done, in relation to managers, contractors and
training/research institutions?
We deal with the theme in small groups, using the Learning Café method.
Members of the Nordic Road Association section 12 participate in the
discussion, directing and recording it. The groups discuss pre-determined
questions on developing the sector's skills, training possibilities and
other methods. The conclusions of the discussions are shown at our
exhibition site. We also arrange further discussions there, as needed, on a
given timetable.
We limit the number of participants to under 100, to make group discussion
and recording it possible.
